COST: $90.00 per person

COVID19 Papercrafting Weekend Rules for Upcoming Events

 ·        Please so not travel to known COVID19 affected areas within 14 days of event.

·        If you have had symptoms or known exposure to someone with COVID-19, PLEASE do not attend event.

·        Mask should be worn when in general public areas of building & social distanced.

·        Sleeping arrangements per family or friends you feel comfortable with, max 4 per room (families being an exception) to achieve social distancing (no masks required while sleeping)

·        Food/eating. When preparing food wear a mask and per normal wash hands thoroughly. Wear mask in buffet line, take food back to a socially distanced place to remove mask and eat (exception family)

·        There will be a hand sanitizing station that should be used before and after looking through store product.

 

·        Scrapbooking. To implement sufficient social distance, we will be divided into 2 conference rooms, while keeping friends/family together. So eight in each scrap room. I will list assignments under discussion / RSVP list.

If you do not feel comfortable with these rules, have medical issues or will not be following them for other reasons, please let me know now, so that I can fill your spot.

Just a group of women that love to Papercraft with Kimberly and share food & craft ideas. Tucked away in Northwest Ohio. Be inspired by the peaceful surroundings that will calm you and let your creativity flow. Camp Widewater is nestled in the arms of the Maumee River and the fertile farmlands surrounding Grand Rapids, Ohio.
We will be sharing Harmony Lodge, a completely accessible one-story, carpeted, heated/air conditioned building, - with media capabilities and Wireless internet throughout. Camp Widewater facilities are fully accessible for all users.
Harmony Lodge is part of a smoke– free camp with designated outside areas only for smoking.

Need a break from scraping?  The fresh air will spark new ideas with over 100 acres of gentle hills, new grasslands, old forests, and miles of beautiful, winding, walking/running trails. Or  Relax in the shared fireside area with friends (or meet new ones), complete with wide screen for watching DVD's
Scrapbook or Craft in the reserved dining hall on your own personal 8 foot table. Sleep in one of the 4 assigned to our group dorm rooms (with individual thermostats & wardrobes sleeping 4 to 8 people each). Our wing has double sided restrooms with stall type showers. Crops are limited to just 16 people for fun and easy family style food preparation.
Meal planning is a breeze with such a small number of people. The kitchen/Kaatz conference room is reserved for our group for preparing and eating meals. kitchen includes oven w/stove top, microwave, commercial sized fridge, and lots of counter space to bring in your own crock-pots. The group is divided up by friends, two weeks in advance of weekend and assigned to purchase and make one meal. Trying and sharing new recipes has all just become another fun Crop Camp tradition.
There is a coffee maker and boiling water is always on tap for tea or try one of Kim's exclusive Cocoas . There is also an Ice machine and Freezer on the premises. 

Camp Widewater's cost for the weekend is $90 per person. This payment is non-refundable/ transferable. 

Option 2 payment plan - send $45 non-refundable/transferable deposit, with balance due 1 month before event, if we are in to a waiting list situation and you have not paid your balance, we will fill your spot and refund your deposit. Two - Three 8 foot tables of CTMH Merchandise including over
50 Exclusive design 6-page Scrapbook page kits made from Kimberly’s workshops
(each makes 6-12x12 pages including instructions), Exclusive card kits and other papercrafting kits as well. You will also find CTMH paper packets, stamp sets, layout books, embellishments, WOTG and general merchandise.
If you see something specific in my Blog Mail Order, just let me know and I will bring it along as well.  You will never run out of things to do or have lack of papercrafting inspiration. I have been a CTMH consultant for 14 years, prior to this I wrote Craft books and magazine articles.

Any classes currently being taught or any mail order options are available for pre-order...just let me know what to have prepared for you one week in advance of camp.
Supplies needed for each class: Acrylic blocks, Adhesive, 12" trimmer, glue dots & scissors.
New students can borrow my Acrylic blocks for the first class, until they decide what sizes they want or need first.

Directions: From I-75 North, exit on Route 6 West. Proceed to Wapakoneta Road and turn right (north). In Grand Rapids turn right (east), turn left on 295 and cross the river. Turn left onto County Road 424. Watch for camp signs on the right.

From I-75 South, exit on Route 24 (west) to 295 south. Follow 295 and turn right onto 295/424. Watch for camp signs on the right.
